The free check examines the character the way an examiner reads a record: one row at a time. A pass fills in. A problem turns gold and holds. If something would sink the filing, it stops and tells you exactly what to fix.

We ran our own free check on a famous, already-registered name, so you can see a real “do not file” answer. Not affiliated with CoComelon or its owners. Row 04 waits for the channel owner to confirm the mark, and we left the generator blank.

Live USPTO records

Row 01 searches the USPTO’s live trademark records when you run the check: the same name, names that contain it, and one-letter-off spellings. Every hit links to its USPTO record so you can open it yourself.

Your real channel, read live

Rows 02 to 04 read your public YouTube or TikTok page at check time: display name, handle, public videos, latest upload, profile image and header. What a machine can’t judge, we ask you, and record it as your answer.

Signed results

Every result is signed the moment it’s issued. The kit builder only accepts records we signed, unchanged and less than 30 days old. Check the signature on the real check above yourself.

What we promise
  • The free check can say “do not file.” If a live mark already owns the name, we tell you before you spend $350 a class.
  • We don’t file, and we don’t promise a registration. An attorney decides what to file. The USPTO examines it. We are not a law firm.
  • Your character’s face stays on your device. It’s placed into your PDFs in your browser and never uploaded.
